Nope! We work with a network of trusted fulfillment partners who ship items directly from overseas. That way, we can keep our prices low and bring you cool, quirky finds without the retail markup.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on the product and your location. Since many of our items ship internationally, it may take a little longer — but our customers agree it’s totally worth the wait!

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. It’s quick, secure, and safe — just the way we like it.

🔁 Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you (and your pet) to be thrilled! If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. please refer to the full return policy. 

📦 Why did I receive only part of my order?

Some items ship from different fulfillment centers, so you might receive separate packages. But don’t worry — everything’s on its way!
