š¾ Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isnāt what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Weāll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund ā no need to return anything!
To speed things up, please include:
- A photo of the item.
- Your order number.
- A short description of the issue.
ā Returns for Unwanted Items
Since our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners and not from a central warehouse, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for items due to change of mind, size issues, or pet preference.
We recommend double-checking size charts and product details before ordering ā and if you ever have a question, reach out! Weāre happy to help.
š° When Will I Get My Refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5ā10 business days to your original payment method. (Sometimes banks take a little longer, but weāll do our part fast.)
