🐾 Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return anything!

To speed things up, please include:

  1. A photo of the item.
  2. Your order number.
  3. A short description of the issue.

āŒ Returns for Unwanted Items

Since our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners and not from a central warehouse, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for items due to change of mind, size issues, or pet preference.

We recommend double-checking size charts and product details before ordering — and if you ever have a question, reach out! We’re happy to help.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. (Sometimes banks take a little longer, but we’ll do our part fast.)
